Quitting Internet Porn

Harder to quit than crack, internet pornography is an extremely difficult addiction to overcome. Surprisingly, pornography is not widely accepted as something that can be harmful. I know it has a negative impact on my life and I'm determined to take it on.

Day 57

Things are going well. I feel a little uneasy cause I'm going through a lot of changes but I'm okay.

I noticed that I'm listening to people a lot more. Or rather, I'm listening more intently.
