Harder to quit than crack, internet pornography is an extremely difficult addiction to overcome. Surprisingly, pornography is not widely accepted as something that can be harmful. I know it has a negative impact on my life and I'm determined to take it on.
67 days without pornography. Today I'm tempted to break the record and call it off. I've come extremely close to giving in. It's just the knowledge that it won't make me feel good afterwards that's preventing me.
This blog is a journal that I started in 2006 to help me overcome my addiction to pornography. Finally, on Thanksgiving 2008, I completed 100 days in a row without looking at pornography. Since then I've attempted to be porn free numerous times, occasionally reaching 100 days in a row without pornography. The journey continues.
DONT DO IT. I hope you still clean from till now and onwards.
