The weather has been rough, I haven't been able to get enough exercise.
My stress has been relatively high. Not extreme but high enough that pornography has been an issue.
I'm a bit at a loss right now. I don't have the motivation to try to quit right now.
Harder to quit than crack, internet pornography is an extremely difficult addiction to overcome. Surprisingly, pornography is not widely accepted as something that can be harmful. I know it has a negative impact on my life and I'm determined to take it on.
