I'm ok. 5 days have gone by without a hitch.
I'm still injured and stressed because I cannot exercise.
Worked 10 hours on Thanksgiving at my new restaurant job.
More later... Very tired.
Harder to quit than crack, internet pornography is an extremely difficult addiction to overcome. Surprisingly, pornography is not widely accepted as something that can be harmful. I know it has a negative impact on my life and I'm determined to take it on.
I compiled my best advice to one post, read below.
