I caved on the masturbation thing today. I felt really stressed out from work and I felt like I wasn't going to do anything else today unless I caved...
I plan on going without til Monday though as if it didn't happen.
If I'm hit with extra stress, I don't mind caving on this whole masturbation thing as long as I'm clean from pornography.
Harder to quit than crack, internet pornography is an extremely difficult addiction to overcome. Surprisingly, pornography is not widely accepted as something that can be harmful. I know it has a negative impact on my life and I'm determined to take it on.
