Man, I've looked at some sex forums.... and I masturbated again. Not masturbating is some seirous business. I have to make a real hard committment to stop in order to do this.

i looked at forums cause when i dont jerk off, sex becomes the dominant emotion in my head. i use logic to justify looking... its so rediculous... i cant even trust myself....

i didn't look at any pornography, pictures/movies tho... its been 69 days since ive done that.

My desire for porn is definitely higher though. HOWEVER, my desire to quit porn remains strong and powerful.... I'm passionate about quitting..
