I ended up looking at pornography once again last night. Today I'm clean.
I'm gonna keep fighting even if my attempts only last a day. I'm attempting to meditate daily to reduce my stress and gain some clarity and focus. It helped me stay clean today.

ReplyDeleteYour blog is amazing, reaching 100 days is a good demonstration of your self determination and it is admirable, I have been through lots of struggles myself, I have been sober for over 100 days however since then I have fallen off the band wagon alot these couple of months.
Also I will say one thing, you have inspired me to write a blog about my struggles and hopefully blogging will help me through this hard time.
