Day 8
Week 1, completed. I've been feeling down the last few days. I think it has to do with my schedule changing. I've been trying to get up at 5 in the morning so I have time to get my health-related goals out of the way before class. It's interesting that I'm making so many changes at the same time. It's throwing my mental balance off which is a short-term sacrifice I'm willing to deal with.
