I'm sick.... Got it from my brother. My urges to look at porn and masturbate have skyrocketed.
I just don't do it though... I like my heightened sex drive too much...
Harder to quit than crack, internet pornography is an extremely difficult addiction to overcome. Surprisingly, pornography is not widely accepted as something that can be harmful. I know it has a negative impact on my life and I'm determined to take it on.
I compiled my best advice to one post, read below.
