i stayed up late last night.
BEING TIRED + SEXUALLY FRUSTRATED = AGH
I feel crappy today... not as bad as i could cause i know its just cause im tired but damn.... I feel urges to look at sex related forums. Not going to look cause I know this is temporary.
Harder to quit than crack, internet pornography is an extremely difficult addiction to overcome. Surprisingly, pornography is not widely accepted as something that can be harmful. I know it has a negative impact on my life and I'm determined to take it on.
I compiled my best advice to one post, read below.
